2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending winnings or bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Single Account
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.
3 Account Security and Password
Users are required to keep their account login credentials completely confidential. Responsibility for account security rests entirely with the user.
- Never share login credentials (username, password) with any third party.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify na33 support immediately.
- Always log out after using a public or shared computer.
- Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
na33 supports several reliable payment methods. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
- Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own sources.
- Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
- na33 may request documents to verify that deposit funds come from a legitimate source.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an active bonus or unmet wagering requirements.
- na33 reserves the right to suspend or review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
4.3 Currency and Tax
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Any applicable taxes or duties are entirely the user's responsibility. na33 bears no tax liability.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
na33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers come with specific terms and users should understand them thoroughly.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to this bonus:
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- This bonus applies only once per eligible account.
- na33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.
- If bonus fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games or sections.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Withdrawals remain limited until the bonus wagering is completed.

6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the na33 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure as well as legal action.
- Manipulating or committing fraud on the bonus system.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Playing on behalf of someone else or using funds from a third party.
- Hacking, reverse-engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities in the game software.
- Threatening or harassing other users or na33 staff.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
- Using automated bots or software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collaborative cheating or secret coordination with other members.
7 Intellectual Property and Content
All content, designs, graphics, software, logos and trademarks on the na33 platform are the intellectual property of na33 or its licensors. No user or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute or modify these materials.
Game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) retain their own intellectual property. na33 operates their games under valid agreements with these providers.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
na33 handles the collection, storage and use of users' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to that policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Service Disruption and Limitation of Liability

11 Account Closure and Suspension
na33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.

- Account inactive for an extended period.
- Order from a court or regulatory authority.
Where applicable, any remaining balance will be returned before an account is closed. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent closure.

12 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
